Before you ask
The questions we actually get
Can I swap items?
The bundle is set as listed. If an item is out of stock, email us before ordering.
Is it good for trying new proteins?
Yes. It's the easiest way to find out what your dog likes best.
Is it okay for cats?
Most items work for cats too, broken into small pieces.
How do I store them?
Cool, dry and sealed. They're dehydrated, so no refrigeration needed. Just keep moisture out.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
That's what the tail-wag promise is for. Email us and we'll make it right.
Why things sell out
“We'd rather run out than keep a pallet of treats sitting in a warehouse for eight months. Small batches, made fresh, one ingredient, and when a batch is gone, it's gone until the next run.”
